We meet on Zoom. 45 minutes for residential, 90 minutes for commercial. We talk through your goals, your aesthetic, your brand (if it's a business). By the end of the call, the direction is clear.
Michelle works asynchronously. You'll see your project status in your private client portal. Residential projects take 2 to 3 weeks. Commercial projects take 3 to 10 weeks depending on tier.
We meet again on Zoom. Michelle walks you through every decision — the why behind each material, color, and piece. You give feedback in real time.
One revision round on residential Tiers 1 and 2, two rounds on residential Tier 3 and all commercial. Then your final design package lands in your portal — PDFs, shopping lists if applicable, post-delivery support.
